摘要
介绍了壁厚较厚的塑件在注射成型过程中容易产生困气现象,分析了困气产生的原因,常规的解决方法,以壁厚达到8mm的塑件为案例,分析了注射成型工艺,展示了实际生产中由于困气,烧焦引起的缺陷,通过两种不同的浇口设计,在模流软件中,对其困气位置进行对比。以确定是否会对塑件外观有影响,确定合适的浇口位置。使用克拉伯龙方程式,解释了塑件表面困气并烧焦的原因,提出了调整浇口位置解决烧焦缺陷的通用方法。
Air trap appearance is a general plastic injection problem,which would be more occured in thicker wall plastic product,to analyse the reason of air trap during plastic injeciton,and the general solution of this defect.In this case,the thickness of plastic product is above 8 mm,analyse the plastic shooting technique,show the air trap scorch defect,useing two different injection gate design to compare the air trap position by applying CAE software,select the properly injection position and consider if it provide a good visulization of product surface,explain the scorch reason by clapeyron equation,adjusting the injection position properly is a method to solve the general scorch defect.
