摘要
目的研究脑钠肽(BNP)与慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者(CHF)心功能指标的相关性。方法选择2014年3月‐2015年9月该院70例CHF患者作为观察组,选择同一时期60例来该院体检健康合格者作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法测定两组研究对象BNP水平,分析BNP水平与左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左心室短轴缩短率(FS)等心功能指标的相关性。结果观察组治疗后BNP和LVEDD分别为(93.28±18.02)ng/L和(65.83±8.25)mm,显著高于对照组,LVEF为(31.58±8.94)%,显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同心功能分级患者血浆BNP、LVEF、LVEDD及FS水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CHF患者BNP与LVEF水平呈显著负相关性(r=-0.679,P<0.05)。心力衰竭(心衰)患者BNP水平与LVEDD呈显著正相关性(r=0.712,P<0.05)。结论 BNP水平与CHF患者心功能指标具有显著相关性,在CHF的诊断、病情评估及临床治疗中具有较高应用价值。
【Objective】To study the correlation between brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and cardiac function indexes in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).【Methods】Seventy patients with CHF who were admitted in our hospital between March 2014 and September 2015 were selected as the observation group. At the same time, 60 healthy persons were selected as the control group. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used for the determination of BNP levels in the two groups of subjects. The correlation between BNP levels, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and left ventricular short-axis fractional shortening(FS) and other cardiac function indexes was analyzed.【Results】BNP and LVEDD in the observation group after treatment [(93.28±18.02) ng/L,(65.83±8.25) mm] were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group, while LVEF [(31.58±8.94)%] was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(P 0.05). The differences in levels of plasma BNP, LVEF, LVEDD and FS among patients with different cardiac function grades were statistically signifi cant(P 0.05). The BNP level and LVEF in patients with CHF were negatively correlated(r =-0.679, P 0.05). The BNP level and LVEDD in patients with heart failure were signifi cantly positively correlated(r =0.712, P 0.05).【Conclusion】BNP level has a signifi cant correlation with cardiac function indexes in patients with CHF, which has high application value in the diagnosis, evaluation and clinical treatment of CHF.
