摘要
社会企业以社会目标为驱动力,通过商业模式运作解决社会问题,有助于建设和谐社会,在就业、教育、扶贫等领域发挥重要作用。社会企业在资源获取的困难制约其可持续发展,而创业者社会资本是获取外部信息和资源的主要途径,有助于其识别机会从而获取资源。基于社会资本理论,将创业警觉性作为中介变量,采用实证研究分析社会创业者社会资本对机会识别,得出社会创业者社会资本对机会识别有显著正向影响;创业警觉性在社会创业者社会资本与创业机会之间起部分中介作用。社会创业者应重视社会资本、提升创业警觉性和展开多维度的创业机会,有助于识别有价值的创业机会,提升社会创业实践的有效性和成功率,获得可持续发展。
As the driving force of social goals,social enterprises solve social problems through the operation of the business model,play an important role in employment,education,poverty alleviation and other fields,contributing to build a harmonious society.Social enterprises have difficulty in resource acquisition which restricts their sustainable development.The social capital of entrepreneurs is the main way to obtain external information and resources,which helps them to identify opportunities to obtain resources.Based on the theory of social capital,taking entrepreneurial alertness as intermediary variables and using empirical analysis method,the paper analyzes social entrepreneurs＇ social capital effect on opportunity recognition.It is concluded that the social entrepreneur＇s social capital has a significantly positive effect on opportunity recognition;entrepreneurial alertness plays a partial mediating role between social entrepreneurial social capital and entrepreneurial opportunities.Social entrepreneurs should pay enough attention to social capital,enhance the entrepreneurial alertness and carry out multi-dimensional entrepreneurial opportunities so as to identify valuable business opportunities and enhance the effectiveness of the practice of social entrepreneurship and success rate to achieve sustainable development.
