摘要
本文通过梳理2001~2019年《全球创业观察报告》的数据,分析得出目前全球和中国的创业趋势。从全球来看,全球创业精神力量增强,零工创业模式兴起,创业活动科技性与创新性不断提升。从我国来看,我国创业者呈年轻化、性别差异弱化,社会创业模式持续升温,创业生态环境不断优化等。为了更好地发展创业经济,未来我国应在培养创业人才、改善创业生态环境两方面持续发力,以推动创业活动高质量进行。
Based on the data of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor from 2001 to 2019,this paper concludes global and China’s entrepreneurship trend.The global entrepreneurship takes on a strengthening trend,and the gig entrepreneurship models is emerging,and the technological and innovative nature of entrepreneurial activities become obvious.The entrepreneurship trend in China is characterized by the following points:the entrepreneurs in China become younger,and the differences in gender are weakening;social entrepreneurship have continued to heat up;the entrepreneurship ecosystem has been continuously improved.In the future,in order to develop the entrepreneurial economy,cultivating entrepreneurial talents and optimizing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in China should be strengthened to promote high-quality entrepreneurial activities.
