摘要
目的:探讨中药离子导入合音乐疗法对脑卒中后肢体麻木伴抑郁患者的影响。方法:将60例脑卒中后肢体麻木伴抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予中药离子导入合音乐疗法,疗程30 d,于治疗前后对患者的肢体麻木和抑郁程度进行评定。结果:治疗后治疗组肢体麻木得分低于对照组(P<0.05),有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组HAMD评分、SDS评分均低于对照组。结论:中药离子导入合音乐疗法治疗脑卒中后肢体麻木伴抑郁患者疗效好。
Objective： To explore the application and effect of Chinese medicine ion introduction combined with music therapy in the treatment of patient with limb numbness and depression after stroke. Methods： The 60 patients with limb numbness and depression after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the treatment group was given Chinese medicine ion introduction therapy based on the control group. The intervention period was 30 days and the two groups were assessed with the degree of limb numbness and depression before and after the intervention. Results： After the intervention, the treatment group＇s numbness of the limbswas was less than the control group （P〈0.05）, and the efficient was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; In the treatment group, the scores of HAMD and SDS were both lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction combined with music therapy have positive significance on improving the patients with limb numbness and depression after stroke.
