摘要 研究环保型白炭黑/氯丁橡胶(CR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)复合材料制备工艺对其结构和性能的影响。结果表明,采用将CR和BR分别与环保型白炭黑混炼制成母炼胶再将两种母炼胶混炼的工艺,可得到综合性能较好的复合材料,此时环保型白炭黑在橡胶基体中分散良好,形成了稳定的填料网络。 The effects of preparation process on the structure and properties of eco-friendly silica/CR/ BR composites were investigated. The results showed that in the optimized process, CR and BR masterbatches were firstly prepared by mixing the rubber with eco-friendly silica, respectively, and then the composite compound was obtained by mixing two masterbatches. In this process, the silica dispersion was good and a stable filler network was formed.
