摘要
氯丁橡胶具有优秀的力学强度、耐老化、耐腐蚀、耐热与阻燃性,广泛应用于建筑化工和核电工业,属于我国防腐工程开发的重点内容。为实现国内行业发展,近年来科研人员们从有机改性、无机改性算角度对氯丁橡胶材料进行了广泛的研究,在提升橡胶制品综合性能的同时改善了其工业生产工艺,为今后氯丁橡胶产品的设计提供了新思路。本文对近几年氯丁橡胶的改性与应用研究进行综述,希望为读者提供一定参考。
Chloroprene rubber has excellent mechanical strength,aging resistance,corrosion resistance,heat resistance and flame retardant,which is widely used in construction,chemical industry and nuclear power industry.Therefore,it has been listed as one of the most wanted corrosion-resistant products.In order to realize the development of domestic industry,researchers have conducted extensive research on chloroprene rubber based materials from the perspective like combination of rubber materials,inorganic additive,and improved the industrial production process via improving the comprehensive performance of products,thus providing new ideas for the design of chloroprene rubber products in the future.Some research reports of neoprene based materials in recent years were summarized,hoping to provide some references for readers.
