摘要
基于人工智能的中央空调能源管理优化控制系统是针对中央空调节能所设计的能源管理系统,通过全面的系统参数监测和非线性动态预测人工智能分析判断,预测和推断下一时段系统的冷负荷工况、系统能耗及其能效优化运行控制参量,对系统载冷剂实施调节控制。针对不同地点的空调负荷设置不同的权重,充分利用负荷信息,提高预测精度。系统依据极端天气、季节、生产周期、人员流动等因素导致的系统冷负荷变化而提前实现系统能耗的实时调节,从而实现系统的高效运行,达到节能减排的目的。经过系统长期运行表明,中央空调系统综合利用率达到43.05%。
Artificial intelligence based central air conditioning optimum energy management control system is an energy management system designed for central air conditioning system with good characteristics of energy saving. In this system, through system parameters monitoring and nonlinear dynamic analysis using artificial intelligence, the cold load in next stage, energy consume in system and optimum control parameters were forecasted, and the adjustment of refrigerant was then carried out. With respect to different zones, different weights were set to loads in air conditioning system, so that load information can be fully utilized and forecast can be more precisely. Based on the factors of seasons, production period and person flowing which may affect the change in cold load, real adjustment for energy consumption in the system can be realized. Then the objectives of effective performance of the system with energy saving and emission reduction can be reached. After long term operation of this system, the comprehensive utilization of central air conditioning system has reached 43.05 %.
