摘要
以往学者多是"静态式"的研究秦陇西郡的始置时间,又因为史料中的不同记载,致使诸家各执一词,难有定论。本文从秦郡动态设置的角度出发,通过钩稽传世及出土文献的内容,提出秦陇西郡是一个动态的设置过程,从而很好地解释了文献中关于秦陇西郡始置时间相关记载间的矛盾,为研究其他早期秦郡的建置沿革过程提供了一个较好的范本。
In the past,most scholars researched on the first setup（time）of Longxi Shire of Qin Dynasty in a static way.There are many different historical records about this,so opinions vary from various homes.Thus there＇s no acknowledged conclusion so far.In this article,we will see from the perspective of the dynamical setup of the counties in Qin Dynasty.According to the verification of the contents of the handed-down and excavated documents,we can draw a conclusion that the setup of Longxi Shire of Qin Dynasty is a dynamic process.As a result,it gives a good explanation to the contradiction between different relevant records of the first setup（time）of Longxi Shire of Qin Dynasty.It also provides a better template to the research on the process of establishment and evolution of other counties in the earlier Qin Dynasty.
