摘要
在地形起伏较大的山区,简支箱梁原位现浇施工技术不仅工期长、施工难度大,而且存在较大的安全、质量隐患。结合成贵铁路工程实例,对高速铁路现浇简支梁改为预制梁施工技术的可行性进行了分析,经过实践证明,该工艺能满足施工质量的要求,大幅降低了安全风险,有效地节约了一定工期,取得了不错的经济效益,可作为一项成熟的经验进行推广。
In the undulating terrain of the mountain, simple box girders cast in situ technique is not only long duration, construction difficult, but there is a big safety and quality risks.In this paper, Cheng Gui railway engineering example, highspeed railway simply supported beam to cast feasibility of construction technology prefabricated beams were analyzed proven that the technology can meet the requirements of construction quality, greatly reduce the security risk, and effective saving a certain period,and achieved good economic benefits, as a mature experience to promote.
