摘要
针对乌石化重整氢增压压缩机修复项目中的活塞杆进行分析,采用数值计算和有限元分析方法对活塞杆进行了稳定性、静强度和疲劳强度校核,从设计角度保证了活塞杆工作的可靠性。应用屈曲分析的方法进行了活塞杆稳定性校核,应用Goodman曲线进行了活塞杆疲劳强度校核。
The paper analyzed the piston rod for the reforming hydrogen booster compressor for Urumqi Petrochemical Company. Numerical calculation and finite element analysis method was used to check the stability, static strength and fatigue strength of the pis-ton rod. The reliability of the piston rod was ensured from the perspective of design. Buckling analysis method is applied to the pis-ton rod stability checking. Goodman curve is applied to the piston rod fatigue strength checking.
