摘要
针对某公司重整装置再接触增压机的具体故障,而导致的多方面的问题进行了具体原因分析。通过对气阀的计算分析,调整了排气阀升程及更换了气阀阀片材质,最终对气阀进行了改造更换,有效地降低了因气阀损坏而导致的装置生产波动问题,降低了压缩机的维修维护工作,降低了劳动频次及费用,从而有效地降低了压缩机故障的安全隐患风险。
Aiming at the problems causing by the concrete failures in a reforming reciprocating hydrogen booster in a company, the paper analyzed the concrete reasons. Based on the calculation and analysis of valve, discharge valve was adjusted and the material of valve plate was changed, finally, the valve was reformed and changed. It had effectively reduced the production fluctuations due to valve damage, the repair and maintenance of compressor, the frequency and cost of labor, and then effectively reduced the security risks of compressor failure.
