摘要
半番鸭又称骡鸭,是番鸭与家鸭杂交的后代,因性情温顺、耐粗饲、抗病力强、生长快、胸腿肉比例高、肉味鲜美、极富野禽风味等特点,而深受消费者喜爱。不同杂交组合或饲养方式将对半番鸭的屠宰性能及肉品质造成差异,不同杂交组合后代对日粮养分的需求量和消化效率也不同,这都将造成理论和生产实践脱节,直接影响半番鸭的养殖经济效益。文章对半番鸭的杂交组合、饲养方式、屠宰性状和肉品质及营养需要研究进展进行了综述,旨在为今后半番鸭的养殖方式及营养需要提供参考。
Mule duck, also named as Luo duck, the hybrid offspring of a muscovy duck and a domestic duck, known for their tameness, resistance of crude feed,high disease resistance,fast-growing,high breast-leg muscle meat proportion,delicious taste and the similar taste with wildfowl. And mule duck has becoming the the world＇s third larges meat-type ducks. Different cross combinations or animal feeding pattern of mule duck causes the difference between slaughter performances and meat quality traits. In addition, the amount of these offsprings demand for dietary nutrients and the efficiency of the digestion is also different. All together, it will cause the disjointedness between theory and practice,thus directly influence the economic efficiency. The aim of the current study was to give a general review of cross combination type, feeding mode, carcass traits and nutrition requirement, in order to provide reference for the feeding mode and nutrition requirement of mule duck in future.
