摘要
以法国番鸭为父本,分别以樱桃谷鸭、金定鸭和樱桃谷鸭与金定鸭杂交后代为母本,采用人工授精的方法生产番樱、番金和番樱金半番鸭。测定3种半番鸭的生长性能、屠宰性能、胸腿肌和肝脏营养成分。结果表明:番樱半番鸭10 周龄体重、饲料转化率明显优于其他两个组合,番樱金半番鸭其次,番金半番鸭最低。番樱半番鸭屠体重、全净膛重高于番樱金、番金半番鸭。番樱金半番鸭屠宰率、全净膛率最高,番金半番鸭其次,番樱半番鸭最低。番樱杂交鸭胸、腿肌肉中水分和粗脂肪含量高于番金和番樱金半番鸭。
The mule duck was produced using artificial insemination method which Muscovy duck (MD) was selected as paternity and Cherry Valley duck (CVD), Jinding duck (JD) and Cherry Valley× Jinding duck (CVD) as maternal line respectively. The growth performance, carcass traits and nutrients of liver and breast and leg muscles were measured. The results showed that the production performance of MD × CVD mule ducks was the best, while MD × CVD × JD mule ducks were better than MD × CVD mule ducks for ten-week body weight, feed conversion ratio. The dressed weight and eviscerated weight of MD × CVD mule ducks was better than that of MD × CVD × JD and MD × JD mule ducks. The dressing percentage and percentage of eviscerated yield of MD × CVD mule ducks was lower than that of MD × CVD × JD and MD × JD mule ducks. The water percentage and fat percentage of breast and leg muscle of MD × CVD mule ducks were better than that of MD × CVD × JD mule ducks and MD × JD mule ducks.
