摘要
目的:探讨活血化瘀方联合醋酸曲普瑞林对子宫内膜异位症患者血清肿瘤标志物水平及HMGB1水平影响。方法:选择在我院确诊的65例子宫内膜异位症患者进行随机分组对照研究,对照组32例患者予醋酸曲普瑞林治疗,实验组33例患者在此基础上予活血化瘀方辅助治疗,总疗程为15 d。通过比较治疗前后患者血清HMGB1、CA125及CA19-9水平的变化以及治疗后TESS评分来探究活血化瘀方联合醋酸曲普瑞林对子宫内膜异位症患者血清肿瘤标志物水平及HMGB1水平影响及其安全性。结果:治疗前,两组患者血清HMGB1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清HMGB1水平均降低(P<0.05),其中实验组的血清ox-LDL水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清CA125水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清CA125水平均降低(P<0.05),其中实验组的血清CA125水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清CA19-9水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清CA19-9水平均降低(P<0.05),其中实验组的血清CA19-9水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清HMGB1阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血清HMGB1阳性率均降低(P<0.05),其中实验组的血清ox-LDL阳性率较对照组较低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血清CA125阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清CA125阳性率均降低(P<0.05),其中实验组的血清CA125阳性率较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清CA19-9阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清CA19-9阳性率均降低(P<0.05),其中实验组的血清CA19-9阳性率较对照组较低(P<0.05)。在治疗7 d时对照组TESS评分为(1.23±0.17)分,实验组TESS评分为(1.25±0.15)分,两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗15 d时对照组TESS评分为(1.32±0.18)分,实验组TESS评分为(1.34�
Objective：To investigate the effects of serum tumor signs levels and HMGB1 level by Huoxue Huayu Recipe combined with triptorelin acetate in patients with endometriosis. Methods：A total of 65 patients with endometriosis from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into experiment group and control group. 32 patients in the control group were treated by triptorelin acetate,33 patients in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with Huoxue Huayu Recipe adjuvant therapy. The total course of treatment for 15 days. Through compared the patients of serum HMGB1,CA125 and CA199 levels changed,treatment TESS scores before and after treatment to explore Huoxue Huayu Recipe combined with triptorelin acetate on endometriosis patients with serum tumor signs levels and HMGB1 levels effects and safety.
