摘要
目的:建立褐参叶茶的HPLC指纹图谱,以探讨其皂苷成分变化。方法:采用HPLC法比较了人参叶及褐参叶茶,并建立褐参叶茶HPLC指纹图谱。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,标定了10个人参皂苷,并通过中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统确定了褐参叶茶指纹图谱有23个共有峰,色谱峰基本一致,个别峰的相对峰面积有差异。10批褐参叶茶样品相似度较高,相似度为0.900~1.000。结论:实验中所建立的分析方法稳定、可靠,为褐参叶茶的质量评价控制提供了依据。
Objective:To study the ginsenoside in brown ginseng leaf tea by establishing HPLC fingerprints. Methods:HPLC fingerprints of brown ginseng leaf tea samples were analyzed by HPLC. The similarity of each sample was analyzed by SOD of similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM. Results:10 ginsenoside were recognized with the chromatographic method. The chromatographic fingerprint similarity of ten batches of brown ginseng leaf tea samples is more than 0.9. There are altogether 23 common peaks,but has some differences between the relative area of the common peaks. Conclusion:The method is stable and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used as a quality control method of brown ginseng leaf tea.
