摘要
目的:探讨八味秦皮丸的HPLC指纹图谱及质量标准研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对八味秦皮丸进行指纹图谱测定,色谱柱为Cosmosil 5C18-MS-Ⅱ型号(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水溶液;体积流量为1.0 mL/min;柱温为室温;检测波长为254 nm。结果:色谱图出峰稳定,分离度较好。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、专属性强,可用于八味秦皮丸中指纹图谱测定及质量可控性研究。
Objective In order to fully reflect the feature of quality control,the finger-print analysis method of Baweiqinpi pills standard detection was established.Methods Baweiqinpi pills were determined by High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to carry on finger-print analysis.The samples were separated on Cosmosil 5C18-MS-Ⅱ,using methanol-water as a mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The column temperature was room temperature and the detection wavelength was set at 254nm.Results The Chromatogram showed stable and separated peaks.Conclusion The method was sensitive,accurate and specific and could be used for the finger-print determination and quality control of the Baweiqinpi pills.
