粉煤灰中的漂珠含量较低,分离和提纯过程仍需改进.为寻求实现工业分离的工艺条件,对内蒙古热电厂的粉煤灰漂珠进行了研究.首先采用常规的水悬浮法对粉煤灰漂珠进行分离,得到高回收率的漂珠混合物;再利用筛分-焙烧-筛分工艺对粉煤灰漂珠进行提纯,最终得到纯度在95%以上,粒度范围为0.074~0.15mm的空心微珠.对得到的粉煤灰漂珠和漂珠混合物中的杂质进行了研究,发现漂珠在扫描电镜下多为圆球形、透明或不透明、形态多样;而漂珠混合物中的杂质主要成分为炭,内部多孔、结构疏松,与漂珠有着显著差异.
The content of fly ash floating beads is low and the separation and purification process still needs to be improved. In order to achieve industrial separation process conditions, fly ash floating beads in power plant in Inner Mongolia were separated. First, the conventional water suspension separation process were carried out to obtain cenosphere mixtures. Then, the mixtures were purified through screening - roasting-screening process, and obtained cenosphere with more than 95% purity. The particles size is ranged from 0. 074 ram to 0. 15 mm. Fly ash floating beads under the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) are mostly spheres with various forms, transparent or opaque. While the impurities are mainly coal, with loose internal porous structures and have significant difference with drift beads.
