摘要 按不同火力发电厂锅炉排渣形式和粉煤灰形成过程不同,将粉煤灰分成固态排渣普通煤粉锅炉粉煤灰、液态排渣锅炉粉煤灰和循环流化床锅炉粉煤灰三种类型。利用SEM、EDXA、XRD和DTA等测试工具,分析三类粉煤灰的化学成分、矿物组成、颗粒分布与结构的特点。研究结果表明,液态排渣锅炉粉煤灰活性最高;固态排渣普通煤粉锅炉粉煤灰活性次之;循环流化床锅炉粉煤灰活性最差。并从理论上阐述了三类粉煤灰不同活性的成因和采用不同激发方式的理论依据。 The fly ash was classified as three types according to the discharging way of boiler and their burning process: from dry discharging boiler, wet discharging boiler and circulating fluidized-bed boiler. The chemical compositions, mineral compositions, particle size distribution and particle structure of the three types of fly ash were investigated by means of SEM, EDXA, XRD and DTA. The results showed that the the fly ash from wet discharging boiler had the highest activity, from dry discharging boiler was the second one and from the circulating fluidized-bed boiler has the lowest activity. The cause of different activity characteristic of several sources and the different ways of activation had been discussed theoretically.
