摘要
以山荆子(Malus baccata)、八棱海棠(M.nicromaalu Makino)和小金海棠(M.xiaojinensis)作为北美海棠(M.micromalus cv."American")嫁接砧木,通过比较一年生播种苗的形态指标、根系指标、生长量、发芽率等指标,筛选适合在重庆地区推广的砧木。结果表明,在重庆地区规模化繁育北美海棠时,宜选择八棱海棠作为砧木。小金海棠的生长速度最快,地径(0.835 cm)、苗高(105.93 cm)、鲜重(15.813 g/株)和干重(10.920 g/株)等指标显著或极显著高于山荆子和八棱海棠,但其播种发芽率只有24.4%,极大限制了其推广。
Malus baccata,M.nicromaalu Makino and M.xiaojinensis were taken to select the best rootstock species for North American Begonia(M.micromalus cv."American") through comparing morphological index,root index,growth and germination rate.It was found that M.nicromaalu Makino was better for North America Begonia as rootstock in large-scale breeding.Althrough M.xiaojinensis had the best growth,in seedling diameter(0.835 cm) and height(105.93 cm),fresh weight(15.813 g per plant) and dry weight(10.920 g per plant),its germination rate only was 24.4%,which limited its application as rootstock for North American Begonia in Chongqing.
