摘要
目的探讨轴节类手术器械手工上油防锈蚀和器械上油防锈蚀的养护效果。方法将68个手术器械包分为对照组和观察组,每组34个,对照组采用机械上油养护,观察组采用手工上油养护,对比2组轴节类手术器械的清洗合格率、3个月后的生锈率以及每月需要的润滑剂用量与平均费用。结果对照组轴节类手术器械的清洗合格率为目测99.09%、放大镜监测98.77%,观察组则分别为目测99.23%、放大镜监测98.89%,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组轴节类手术器械3个月后的生锈率为8.94%,观察组为1.40%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组轴节类手术器械所需要的润滑油剂量、养护费用分别为(28 800.00±618.96)m L、(12 180.00±256.78)元,观察组则分别为(5 600.00±489.71)m L、(2 216.00±189.93)元,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于机械上油防锈蚀,手工上油方式对轴节类手术器械的养护效果更佳,而且可显著降低养护成本,改善养护效果,减少器械锈蚀发生,保证器械消毒质量。
Objective To discuss effect of mechanical oiling and manual oiling in rust protection of coupling surgical instruments. Methods A total of 68 surgical instruments were divided into observation group and control group,with 34 surgical instruments in each group. The control group was treated with mechanical oiling,and the observation group used manual oiling,cleaning qualified rate,the rust rate after 3 months,lubricant amount and the average cost per month were observed.Results The qualified rate of surgical instruments by visual inspection in the control group was99. 09%,and was 98. 77% by magnifier,and the observation group were 99. 23% and 98. 89%,respectively,but there was no significant difference between the two groups( P〉 0. 05). Rust rate after3 months was 8. 94% in the control group,and was 1. 40% in the observation group,there was significant difference between two groups( P 〈0. 05). Lubricating oil amount and total cost of two groups in the control group were( 28 800. 00 ± 618. 96) m L,( 12 180. 00 ± 256. 78) RMB,and were( 5 600. 00 ± 489. 71) m L,( 2 216. 00 ± 189. 93) RMB,respectively,in the observation group,and there was significant difference between two groups( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Compared with mechanical oiling,manual oiling has better lubrication effect and can significantly reduce cost and corrosion of equipment,improve the maintenance effect,and ensure the quality of disinfection equipment.
