摘要
分析了二极管箝位型三电平逆变器主电路拓扑、SVPWM调制算法及中点电位不平衡的原因。介绍了一种通过时间因子调节正负小矢量作用时间的中点电位控制方法,该方法通过软件控制完成,不需要辅助的硬件电路,易于实现。在实验室环境下搭建了以永磁同步电机为负载的逆变器实验系统,实验验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
The main circuit topology of the diode clamped three level inverter,the SVPWM modulation algorithm and the reason of the neutral point potential unbalance are analyzed. Then a method for control of the neutral point potential by regulating the action time of the positive and negative small vectors with the time factor is proposed,which is completed by the software without the auxiliary hardware circuits and can be easily realized. Finally,under the laboratory circumstances,the experimental inverter system that takes the permanent magnetic synchronous motor as the load is built. The experimental results prove the correctness and effectiveness of this control method.
