摘要
新型高校智库迎合时代背景和社会发展机遇,加快建设步伐,提高为政府、企业的咨询能力。文章结合高校智库的发展阶段,分析高校智库的自身发展与现实需要之间的差距及存在的资政意识薄弱、缺乏协作平台、运行机制不完善等问题,以此为基础,有针对性地提出我国高校智库的建设路径,包括树立智库意识、创建智库品牌、创新高校智库运行机制,增强智库活力等方面。
Abstract.New college Think-tank should cater to the era background and social development opportunities, accelerate the pace of construction, at the same time, improve advisory capacity for government and business. This paper, combined with the stage of development for college think-tank, maintains analysis of the gap between college think-tank＇ s own development and reality needs, and the weak political advice consulting consciousness, lack of collaboration platform, operation mechanism imperfect and so on. In the basis of these problem, the author sets forth the countermeasures for Chinese college think-tank, including to establish think-tank consciousness, to create a think-tank consciousness brand and innovation college think-tank operation mechanism, the to enhance the vitality of college think-tanked.
