摘要
冶金圆锯片是一种在机械、冶金等行业中广泛使用的切割金属的刀具,其几何参数对刀具的性能有着重大影响。在论述了冶金圆锯片主要几何参数的基础上,介绍了轮廓影像测量法、三维坐标测量法、视觉测量法等几种冶金圆锯片几何参数的常用测量方法,重点介绍了视觉测量法的组成、相关技术及其测量锯片几何参数的方法原理。
Metallurgy saw blade is widely used in machinery,metallurgy and other industries as the metal cutting tool,and the geometric parameters of the blade has a significant impact on the tool performance.The main geometrical parameters of metallurgy saw blade are discussed,and the commonly used methods measuring the geometrical parameters of saw blade are introduced,which including contour image measurement method,3Dcoordinate measuring method and vision measurement method.This papar detailedly introduces the system composition and measure principle of vision measurement method.
