摘要
对进口冶金锯片用钢8CrNi的轧态及450-500℃温度范围内的回火组织及力学性能进行了观察与测试。结果表明:轧态组织是由珠光体构成,淬火后随着回火温度的升高,合金由淬火马氏体逐渐转化为回火马氏体+回火索氏体;试样的强度及硬度连续下降,而冲击韧性、断面收缩率和延伸率逐渐提高。对比65Mn钢板发现,8CrNi的回火抗力提高而屈强比下降。
The rolling of imported 8CrNi steel for metallurgical saw blades and its microstructures and mechanical properties at 450℃-500℃were observed and tested.The results showed that the rolling structure is composed of pearlites and after quenching increases in temperature with the tempering temperature,alloy will change from quenched martensite to tempered martensite plus tempered sorbite and the strength and hardness of the samples decline continuously but the impact toughness,reduction and elongation of area enhance gradually. Compared with 65Mn steel plates,tempering resistance of 8CrNi steel increases but yield ratio reduces.
