摘要
针对板形辊表面粘结缺陷问题,结合1420酸轧机组的生产工艺特点,采用萃取分离技术及红外光谱分析手段确定了轧机出口板形辊表面出现的粘结物成分,并对其形成机理进行了分析。分析结果表明:粘结物主要成分为铁皂,其中以脂肪酸D铁皂为主,另有少量的脂肪酸B铁皂。提出了相应的控制措施,有效地避免了板形辊粘结的产生。
Aiming at the bonding defect on the surface of shape roller,according to the production characteristics of 1420 acid rolling mill,the paper used extraction separation technology and infrared spectrum analysis method to determine the composition of the bond formed on the surface of the outlet of the rolling mill,and analyzed the formation mechanism.Analysis results show that,the main component of the bond is iron soap,which mainly is fatty acid D iron soap,and a small amount of fatty acid B iron soap.The corresponding control measures were put forward to avoid generating the bonding on shape roller.
