摘要
针对极薄镀锌基板开发中出现的塌芯缺陷,通过分析下线钢卷层间的受力和形变,得出带钢层间环向均匀分布的径向压力大于局部薄弱部位的屈服强度是此缺陷产生的根本原因。通过降低设定卷取张力、增加带钢层间摩擦系数、降低轧制温度、精心操作、优化启车张力制度等综合措施,减小了层间径向压力,增大了钢卷失稳临界压力,使塌芯缺陷得到有效控制。
Based on the core collapse defect in development of extremely thin galvanized substrate, the force situation and plastic deformation between layers of the offline coil was analysed. The root cause of this defect was that the radial stress distributed evenly and circumferentially among plate layers was larger than yield strength of the weak location. By means of a series of measures, including reducing the designed winding tension, improving friction coefficient between layers, lowering the rolling temperature, raising the operation skill, and optimizing the startup tension system, the radial stress was minimized, and the critical buckling stress was maximized. In this way, the core collapse defect in offline coil was controlled effectively.
