宽度控制又分为头尾宽度控制和本体宽度控制,头尾宽度由立辊短行程控制来完成,我厂带钢的头尾宽度有严重的鱼尾现象,造成带钢局部的超宽或超窄。通过对一二级的立辊短行程参数进行优化,带钢头尾宽度公差在0~15mm之间的符合率由2016年7月~9月份的76%提高到2016年10~12月份的96%以上。带钢头尾失宽或超宽超过4mm比例由2016年7月~9月份的10.6%降低到2016年10~12月份的3.4%。希望通过我厂宽度控制的经验可以给大家一些启示。
Width control is divided into head and tail width control and body width control, head and tail width is accomplished by vertical roller short stroke control, tail phenomenon serious I strip head and tail width, causing local ultra wide strip or ultra narrow. Through optimizing the one or two vertical roller short stroke parameters, strip width tolerance between 0-15mm coincidence rate from July 2016 to September 76% to 2016 10 to December 96%.
