摘要
设计了一种新型的消防水带折卷滚卷器。该折卷滚卷器能将使用过的消防水带折成条卷,方便挂晒干燥,干燥后又能快速滚卷成盘卷。对系统关键机构的设计进行分析,包括动力机构、收卷机构、链传动机构等。实际测试结果表明,该收卷器方便消防水带的储存和携带,优化了晾晒时展开水带的工作,节省时间,提高效率,弥补了现有技术的不足。
Designed a new fold and rolled-over type fire hose re- tractor. The retractor could fold used fire hose to stripes, con- venient for drying, and after drying it could roll over to spool. Analyze the design of key parts of system, including engine power mechanism, retracting mechanism and chain transmission mechanism. The real test results showed that the retractor is convenient for storage and carry of fire hose and fire hose sprea- ding when drying, saving time, improving efficiency and mak- ing up for the deficiency of the existing technology.
