摘要
针对消防水带爆破试验的流程,研发了全自动消防水带爆破试验机,设计了水带夹持机构、高压稳压装置和基于组态软件及PLC的自动控制系统。该设备能够自动完成试验,并实时描绘试验压力—时间变化曲线。通过其友好的界面、报警提示等功能大大减轻了检验员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
According to the testing process of fire hose blasting, developed automatic fire hose blasting testing machine, and de- signed hose clamp mechanism, high pressure regulator device, and automatic control system based on configuration software and PLC. The machine can automatically complete the test, and draw pressure-time curve real-time. The friendly interface and alarm function can reduce the labor intensity of inspector, and improve the efficiency.
