摘要
目的探究心境障碍躁狂症抑郁症护理工作中临床路径的应用价值。方法选取我院治疗的心境障碍躁狂症抑郁症患者80例作为研究对象,将其均分为两组,每组各40例患者。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径,对两组患者的满意度、汉密尔顿焦虑估量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁估量表(HAMD)评分和健康知识掌握情况。结果观察组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者HAMA评分和HAMD评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的健康知识掌握情况对比,观察组患者优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予心境障碍躁狂症抑郁症患者开展临床路径护理干预价值较好。
Objective To explore the mood disorder manic depression in the nursing work the application value of the clinical pathway. MethodsIn our hospital, 80 patients with depression for the treatment of mood disorders were selected as the research object and were divided into two groups, 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, observation group was using about clinical nursing path, satisfaction of two groups of patients, Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）, Hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD） score and health knowledge. Results The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The HAMA score and HAMD score of the treatment group were betterthan those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Comparison of two groups of patients with health knowledge, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mood disorder mania depression patients to carry out clinical path nursing intervention value.
