摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径对躁狂抑郁症患者满意度的影响。方法:将在我院治疗的躁狂抑郁症患者50例随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,观察组采用临床护理路径,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组对护理效果的满意度。结果:观察组的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对躁狂抑郁症患者实施临床护理路路护理能够提高患者的满意度。
Objective：To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathwau on patients with manicdepresive psychosis.Methods：50 cases with manicdepresive psychosi were divided into observation group and conrrol group randomly. Observation group was given clinical nursing pathway, and control group was given normal nursing. Satisfaction of two groups was compared. Results：The satisfaction of observation was higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Application of clinical nursing pathway in manicdepresive psychosis can improve the satisfaction of patients.
