炼厂罐区油气挥发损耗主要为"大呼吸"和"小呼吸"组成,在不停工、不清罐的情况下,利用现有设施对罐区挥发的油气进行回收,并采取相应措施,确保安全生产。
Loss and consume by oil gas volatilization in petroleum storage is mainly comprised of large-breath and small-breath.On condition of non-stop and uncleaning status,the existing facility could be utilized to recover vaporized gas of petroleum storage,together with appropriate measures to ensure safety production.
