摘要
在对高压管输天然气调压工艺冷能可用性进行分析的基础上,针对冷凝法油气回收装置存在制冷系统复杂、成本较高的问题,提出了基于燃气调压工艺冷能利用的冷凝法油气回收集成工艺。新工艺不仅可以简化冷凝法油气回收的工艺流程、提高回收效率、降低制冷能耗,同时还可使调压工艺冷能的利用方式得以丰富和完善,具有显著的社会、环境和经济效益。
On the basis of analysis of utilizability of cold energy from natural gas(NG) pressure regulation of high pressure NG pipelines,an integrated condensing oil vapor recovery process based upon the utilization of cold energy in natural gas pressure regulation is proposed as the condensing oil vapor recovery unit is complex in refrigeration and high in operation costs.The new process not only simplifies the process flow of condensing oil vapor recovery,increases recovery rate and reduces the energy requirement ...
