茶皂素作用下苎麻对镉污染土壤的修复效应 被引量:10

摘要 植物修复法是矿区废弃地最经济实惠、最行之有效的生态修复方法,为寻找重金属超积累植物,选取苎麻(Boehmeria nivea)作为试验材料,通过盆栽试验,研究了在不同浓度茶皂素溶液处理下,苎麻对土壤中重金属镉(Cd)的富集能力和转移能力的差异,结果表明:苎麻对重金属Cd的吸收属于根部囤积型;茶皂素溶液浓度为2.5 mmol/L时,苎麻各部位对重金属Cd的富集系数均达到最大值;茶皂素溶液浓度为0.1~2.5 mmol/L时,有利于重金属Cd在苎麻植株内的转移,转移系数随浓度增加呈上升趋势,在茶皂素溶液浓度为2.5 mmol/L时转移系数达到最大值。 Phytoremediation is the most economical and effective way for the remediation of mining wasteland. In order to search heavy metal hyperaccumulated plant,it selected boehmeria nivea as testing material and studied the differences of heavy metal Cd bioconcentration ability and translocation ability of boehmeria nivea with the treatment of tea saponin solution at different concentrations in the heavy metal Cd contaminated soil through pot experiment. The outcomes show that a) the absorption of heavy metal Cd by boehmeria nivea belongs to a root hoarding type; b) when the concentration of tea saponin solution is 2. 5 mmol/L,the bioconcentration factors to the heavy metals Cd of the various parts of boehmeria nivea reach to the maximum and; c) when the concentration of tea saponin solution is 0.1-2.5 mmol/L,it will help heavy metal Cd transfer in the boehmeria nivea plant. The translocation factor shows an upward trend along with the increase of concentration and the concentration of tea saponin solution reaches to the maximum when the concentration of tea saponin solution is 2.5 mmol/L.
