极端酸性条件下蜈蚣草对重金属污染环境的修复效应 被引量:12

摘要 为了进一步了解蜈蚣草对极端酸性土壤的耐性和对重金属污染环境的修复能力,通过对贵阳市花溪区金田、银洞、贵安煤矿废弃地土壤理化性质、重金属含量进行分析。结果表明,3个区域内土壤酸化严重,有效态N、P、K含量较低。与贵州省土壤背景值相比,重金属Cd、Pb、Cr、Cu、Zn含量存在不同程度的超标,其中镉超标尤为严重,达3倍之多。通过对蜈蚣草植株体内重金属含量分析可知,蜈蚣草对极端酸性土壤表现出较强的耐性,蜈蚣草对重金属Cd的富集系数达到5.0,可以考虑作为煤矿废弃地植物修复的首选物种。 To further understand the tolerance of Pteris vittata L.to the extreme acid soil and its remediation ability for the polluted environment with heavy metal,the physical and chemical properties of soil and the contents of heavy metal of coal mining wastelands were analyzed at Jintian,Yindong,Guian in Huaxi district,Guizhou province.The results showed that the soil acidification was serious in these three areas,the available contents of N,P,K were relatively lower than others.Compared with the background values of soil in Guizhou,heavy metals such as Cd,Pb,Cr,Cu,Zn were excessive on varied degree,especially Cd,which exceeded more than three times.And through monitoring the contents of heavy metals in Pteris vittata,the result showed that Petris vittata was highly tolerant to extreme acid soils.In terms of the concentration factor,it was 5.0,which had the potential to serve as a preferred species for phytoremediation in coal mining wastelands.
