哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠致幼儿粒细胞缺乏1例报告分析被引量：7

摘要 1临床资料患儿,男,1岁1月。因＂咳嗽20余天＂于2015年11月5日入我院治疗。查体：T38.1℃、P 120次/min、R28次/min、体质量10 kg,双肺呼吸音粗,左肺底可闻及细湿啰音,超敏C反应蛋白：18.16 mg·mL-1,血常规：白细胞计数（WBC）14.1×10^9/L、中性粒细胞比值（N）81.8%,入院后查胸部CT回报：双肺炎症,双侧胸膜增厚;支气管镜检查报告：支气管黏膜炎性改病,诊断：社区获得性肺炎。
