盾构用盾尾密封油脂抗水压密封研究 被引量:18

摘要 盾尾油脂的抗水压密封性能测试仪器、测试方法和评价标准的国内外情况进行了总结比较。根据对盾尾油脂抗水压密封性能的研究以及国内盾尾密封油脂使用,借鉴国内外盾尾密封油脂抗水压密封性的评价标准,推荐了适合我国高水压盾构施工条件的评价标准。这对我国在高水压盾构施工时选择合适的盾尾密封油脂提供借鉴。 Test instrument,test method and evaluation criteria of the water-tightness under high pressure of home and abroad shield tail sealing grease were reviewed. According to the research results for the water-tightness under high pressure of shield tail sealing grease,and the application of the shield tail sealing grease in China,referring to evaluation criteria of the water-tightness under high pressure of home and abroad shield tail sealing grease,the evaluation criteria suitable for high water pressure shield tunneling were recommended. It was useful that shield tail sealing grease was rationally selected in the high water pressure shield tunneling.
