摘要
针对盾构法建造地下隧道日益普及、盾尾密封技术与盾尾油脂研究不断深化的背景,介绍了盾尾油脂的密封原理与密封特点,重点介绍了中、日、法等国3种典型盾尾密封油脂的性能指标与密封功效,扼要探讨了该类材料的组成、检测项目、指标与方法等技术关键,并提出了相关材料标准化已势在必行的观点。
Based on the current situation, i.e. increasing popularity of ground channels constructed with shield method and deepening of research on sealing technology and grease of shield tail, the article describes mechanism and features of sealing with shield tail grease, focusing on performance index and effectiveness of 3 types of greases typically used in China, Japan and France. It also has a discussion in brief on key issues of the grease, including its composition, inspection items, performance index and test methods and points out that standardization for all relevant materials is as a matter of course.
