摘要
研究了变质对过共晶铝硅合金组织的影响。结果表明:经3.2%Sr元素变质后,消耗了一部分异质核心Al P,使初晶硅变得粗大,数量较少,由板片状变成了花瓣状,形貌发生了改变。Sr原子优先吸附在Si界面前言的台阶处,细化了共晶硅,使共晶硅由长针状变成了颗粒状和短棒状,组织得到了细化。
Influence of Sr deterioration on hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy is studied. The results show that: after deterioration with 3.2% Sr element, which consumes a portion of heterogeneous core Al P, to make the primary Si become larger and the quantity is reduced, besides, the shape is changed from the flake to petaloid ambulacra. Sr atoms preferentially absorbed at the step of Si interface preface, which refined eutectic silicon, to make the shape of eutectic silicon to be changed from a long needle to a granular and short rod, and refined the organization too.
