摘要 研究了P和RE与熔体温度处理对无凝固收缩铝硅合金组织的影响。结果发现:P只能细化合金的初生硅、对共晶硅没有明显影响,RE不仅能细化合金的初生硅、而且也能细化共晶硅,但其对初生硅细化的效果比P弱。无凝固收缩铝硅合金的初生硅尺寸先随P-Cu和RE加入量的增加而减小,细化剂加入量增加到一定值,初生硅尺寸又随细化剂P-Cu和RE加入量的增加而增大。单独加入P和RE,无凝固收缩铝硅合金的初生硅从270μm细化到55 μm和80μm;同时加入P和RE,合金的初生硅可最小被细化到35μm;P和RE与熔体温度处理综合作用后,合金的初生硅被细化到了15 μm以下。 The effects of phosphorus, rare earth and the melt treatment on the structure of the aluminum-silicon alloy without shrinkage in the solidification process have been studied in this paper. It is found that rare earth can refine the primary silicon and the eutectic silicon. Phosphorus only refine the primary silicon, but its effect of refinement on primary silicon is more effective than that of rare earth. The size of the primary silicon first decreases, and then increases with increasing the quantity of the added phosphorus or rare earth. The size of the primary silicon of the aluminum-silicon alloy without shrinkage in the solidification process is as large as 270 μm for the original alloy. After refinement by using phosphorus, rare earth separately and using phosphorus and rare earth together, the size of the primary silicon is decreased to 55 μm, 80 μm and 35 μm, respectively. By means of the melt treatment and adding phosphorus and rare earth, the primary silicon of the aluminum-silicon alloy without shrinkage in the solidification process can be refined to 15 μm.
