摘要
原酒定级工作是实现白酒风格多样化的前提之一。通过分析集中取样、统一编码、密码品评的原酒定级方式中存在的人工编码解码耗时易出错、品评标准抽象及品评过程易受干扰的问题,引入了一种基于物联网技术的原酒定级管理平台,系统地解决了上述问题,并提高了品评结果的合理性和科学性,从而实现了原酒定级过程的全方面信息化管控。
Base liquor ranking is one of the premises of producing diversified liquor styles. Traditionally, base liquor ranking is performed by centralized sampling, unified coding, and password evaluation. There are some problems such as time-consuming and error-prone manual en- coding and decoding, abstract evaluation standards and sensory evaluation susceptible to interference etc. Therefore, a management platform based on the internet of things for base liquor ranking is introduced, which could not only solve the problems above but improve the validity of sensory evaluation. Moreover, it could achieve the goal of overall information management in base liquor ranking process.
