文章中建立了通过GPC净化处理,应用高效液相色谱法检测辣椒粉中苏丹红的实验方法。样品经乙酸乙酯/环己烷(1∶1)提取,通过GPC分离净化,浓缩后用乙腈定容,以0.1%甲酸的水溶液和乙腈(85∶15)以及0.1%甲酸的乙腈溶液和丙酮(80∶20)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,经高效液相色谱分离,紫外检测器测定,外标法定量。该方法在0.05~5.0mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为88.1%~98.1%,相对标准偏差为0.90%~4.02%,检出限为0.0054~0.0088mg/kg。该方法精密度好,灵敏度高,能简便、快速、准确地测定辣椒粉中的苏丹红(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ)残留量。
Establish a method to detect Sudan red in chili powder after purification with GPC by HPLC. The samples are extracted with ethyl acetate and cyclohexane (1 : 1), separated and purified by GPC, after being concentrated to a definite volume with acetonitrile, with 0.1% formic acid water solution and acetonitrile (85 : 15) and 0. 1% formic acid in acetonitrile solution and acetone (80 : 20) as mobile phase for gradient elution, with high performance liquid chromatography for separating, UV detector for determination and external standard method for quantitative analysis. The calibration curves show good linearity in the mass concentration range of 0.05-5.0 mg/L, the average recoveries are from 88.1% to 98.1% and the relative standard deviations are from 0.90M to 4.02%, the limits of detection are 0.0054-0. 0088 mg/kg. This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate for the determination of Sudan red (I, II, III, IV) residues in chili powder.
