从云南某硫精矿中回收铜铋的选矿试验 被引量:5

摘要 云南某硫精矿含铜0.76%、含铋1.77%;铜主要赋存于黄铜矿中,铋主要以辉铋矿、辉铅铋矿、铋华和自然铋等形式存在;含铜矿物主要以连生体形式存在于粗粒级中,含铋矿物多以微细粒单体形式存在于微细粒级中。为回收该硫精矿中的铜、铋元素,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:以0.043 mm为分级粒度进行分级,粗粒级磨细至-0.074 mm占81%,以石灰为抑制剂、ZA为铜捕收剂,经1粗2精2扫闭路浮选,获得了铜品位为18.29%,作业回收率为87.79%,对硫精矿回收率为70.88%,含铋0.47%的铜精矿;细粒级在盐酸浓度为3 mol/L、氯化钠用量为100 kg/t、BJ用量为150 kg/t、液固比为3条件下常温浸出2.5 h,获得了铋浸出率为95.54%、对硫精矿回收率为90.04%,浸渣铋品位为0.13%的指标。 There is 0. 76% Cu and 1. 77% Bi in a sulfur concentrate from Yunnan province. Copper mainly occurrence in chalcopyrite,bismuth exists in form of bismuthinite,galenobismuthite,bismuth and natural bismuth minerals. Copper bearing minerals combinated with other minerals in coarse particles,bismuth bearing minerals disseminated in fine particles in monomer form. To recovery copper and bismuth elements,beneficiation experiment was conducted. Results indicated that,classification of the sample by 0. 043 mm,coarse grain ground to-0. 074 mm 81%,with lime as inhibitor,ZA for copper collector,via one roughing,two cleaning,two scavenging process,copper concentrate with 18. 29% Cu,recovery is 70. 88% and 0. 47% Bi was obtained,Fine grain with hydrochloric acid dosage is 3 mol / L,sodium chloride dosage is 100 kg / t,BJ dosage is 150 kg / t,room temperature leaching for 2. 5 h,liquid-solid ratio 3,bismuth leaching rate is 95. 54%,recovery to sulfur concentrate is90. 04%,leaching residue with 0. 13% Bi was obtained.
