行洛坑钨矿伴生钼铜铋浮选分离新工艺研究 被引量:17

摘要 为提高宁化行洛坑钨矿伴生钼铜铋硫化矿的浮选分离指标,采用优先浮钼—铜铋混浮—铜铋分离—铋粗精矿再浸出收铋新工艺进行了试验研究,获得了钼品位为45.37%、钼回收率为90.46%的钼精矿,铜品位为23.01%、铜回收率为91.03%的铜精矿及铋品位为62.37%、铋回收率为60.09%的铋精矿。与现场原来采用的钼铜铋依次优先浮选工艺相比,试验新工艺使钼精矿钼回收率提高了4个百分点以上、铜精矿铜回收率提高了8个百分点以上、铋精矿铋回收率提高了52个百分点以上,效果显著。 In order to optimize the effect of flotation separation for associated Mo-Cu-Bi sulfide ore of Xing Luokeng Tungsten ore,"Mo preferential flotation,Cu-Bi separation after bulk flotation for Mo tailings,recovering Bi by leaching Bi rough concentrate" technological process was adopted and a better experimental index was obtained.The results of closed-circuit test show that Mo concentrate with Mo grade of 45.37% and recovery of 90.46%;Cu concentrate with Cu grade of 23.01% and recovery of 91.03%;Bi concentrate with Bi grade of 62.37% and recovery of 60.09% are obtained.In Comparison with the original process,the recovery of Mo,Cu and Bi is respectively improved above 4 precentate points,8 precentate points and 52 precentate points.
