摘要
在移动互联网泛在环境下,各高校图书馆纷纷建设微信公众平台及其服务,内蒙古地区发展相对落后,加强对各高校图书馆微信平台的调查研究,有助于提高各部门与用户对图书馆微信服务的认识,进一步提升图书馆微信服务的效果。以内蒙古地区56所高校图书馆为例,分别从微信公众号的外部特征、自定义菜单服务内容、微信公众号的互动以及微信公众号的发布与阅读4个方面,详细调查了微信公众号的开通与使用情况,并对调查结果进行总结和思考,提出了促进高校图书馆微信公众号进一步发展的建议。
In the environment of mobile internet and ubiquitous,each university library are setting up WeChat public platform and services,however,the development of Inner Mongolia region is relatively backward,the paper aims to improve the understanding of the WeChat service in various departments and users through the systematic investigation of the WeChat platform, enhance the effect of the library WeChat service. Based on the systematic investigation and analysis of the establishing and using of the WeChat public accounts of taking the 56 university libraries in Inner Mongolia as the example,this paper investigates the condition of establishing and using of the WeChat public accounts,from the external characteristics,service content of custom menu,interaction,release and reading of the WeChat public accounts, the results of the survey are summarized and some suggestions are put forward for the further development of WeChat public accounts of university library.
