摘要
收益分配机制是农村集体经营性建设用地流转的核心与关键,建立合理的土地收益分配制度机制,可以保障相关利益主体的权益。但由于受到多种因素的限制,集体经营性建设用地在流转过程中,出现收益分配混乱的局面,农民权益频遭侵害。如何构建合理有效的土地流转收益分配制度,学者们从不同角度进行考量。
Income distribution mechanism is the core of the rural collective management construction land circulation.To establish a reasonable system of land income distribution mechanism, can safeguard the rights of related interest subjects. But due to the limitation of various factors, in the process of circulation the collective construction, appear the situation of income distribution chaos, farmers＇ rights are violated. How to build a reasonable and effective land circulation system of income distribution, scholars from different angles to consider.
