David H.Jonassen established himself as the ＂go to＂ scholar in the field of educational technology,well known with morality and talent.During his academic career in nearly 40 years,Professor Jonassen was a significant contributor in several areas related to constructivist learning environment,taxonomy of meaningful learning,the training of problem-solving capacity,the analysis of instructional task and the development of mind-tools and the cognitive tools,etc.As an exemplary expert notably respected by the students and colleagues,Jonassen made great impacts on the development of educational technology,which remained and became even firmer as time goes by.
