摘要
在核电标杆电价政策和核电"走出去"战略背景下,阐述华龙一号工程造价控制的必要性,然后分析华龙一号工程造价的构成特点,对比国内在建AP1000、EPR及二代加机型的造价水平。最后从宏观和微观两个层面提出华龙一号工程造价控制措施。
Considering the nuclear power benchmark price policy and going out strategy, the paper discusses the necessity of cost control of HPR nuclear power engineering, then analyzes HPR cost constitution, compares the cost level with AP1000, EPR and Generation Ⅱ nuclear power unit. Finally, proposes the HPR cost control measures from two aspects of macroscopic and microscopic.
