摘要
文章以秦山核电二期实践经验为基础,首先阐述核电工程投资控制全过程管理的特点,并与火电工程进行比较,说明影响核电工程建安工程费用构成的主要因素,并提出了合理降低建安工程费用的方法。
Taking the practical experience Qinshan nuclear power II expansion project as basic,this paper firstly described the features of the whole process managementof nuclear power projects investment control and compared with thermal power projects,shows that the main factors of affecting the cost of nuclear power projects pose of construction engineering and proposed the methods of reducing cost of construction and erection work.
